Tristan Husby

Tristan K. Husby is an educator, researcher and non-profit leader who has lived in New Hampshire for the past ten years. He has a PhD in Classics from the Graduate Center City University of New York and has taught in both college and high school classrooms for over ten years, in both foreign language and history departments. In 2024, he won the NH National History Day teacher of the year award. As a researcher, his focus is on Greek and Roman slavery, particularly the practice of manumission. In addition to reading and writing, he enjoys running and playing board games.
